Welcome to the homepage of agTravelList, the program to create and manage checklists for travelling.

This software supports you in planning and preparing your trips. Major features are the reuse of travelling items and checklists, calculation of the total weight and nicely formatted printouts.

What's behind this?

The idea is to distinguish between the items that could be part of a checklist and the checklist itself. The collection of potential travel items represents a stock whereas a checklist refers to parts of this stock.

Every new item of a checklist is automatically added to the stock and can be reused in other lists. That way you don't have to enter items time and again for every new list. You might even incorporate items which are not (yet) part of any checklist.

If you make the effort to weigh each item of the checklist, agTravelList reports the exact overall weight of your baggage.

Checklists can be copied and customized to the demands of new trips. This way you benefit from former efforts of creating checklists and from the experiences you made with them.

agTravelList arose from the necessity to plan our own trips, mostly bicycle tours extending over several weeks. For this kind of travelling precise plannings are essential.
